The purpose of Super Blueprint Workgroups is to catagorize blueprint proposals into strategic buckets. Blueprints proposals may start out as basic concepts, or fully baked designs ready for implementation. As blueprint proposals mature and become ready for implementation they may be implemented by the 5G Super Blueprint Community.
How to Submit a Blueprint Proposal
Workgroup 1- Continued Infrastructure & Technology Innovation & Buildout
Examples:
- Alternate cores & new releases (Open5GS, SD-Core, Free5GC, Magma)
- Alternate orchestraters & new releases
- ORAN-SC
- OAI
- Slicing

- Build and evolve on current infrastructure
- Build on technology innovation and methods
- Documentation may include; packaging of images, hardware specs, developer notes, best practices
- The intent is that Workgroup 1 deliverables are consumable packages that end users can bring onto there environment and build upon. For example; ONAP orchestrating SD-Core

Workgroup 2- Cultivation of Business Use Cases
Buildout end-to-end (where possible) Proof-of-Concepts demonstrating 5G business Use Cases.

- Enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB)
- Ultra-Reliable Low Latency Communications (URLLC)
- Massive Machine Type Communication (mMTC)
Expansion with Parallel & Sister Communities
Examples:
- LF Edge Use Cases
