HPE Exemption

  • Results / application have been approved and been listed in NFVI portal  https://nfvi-verified.lfnetworking.org/#/
  • Have added the notice to the NFVI portal for the suspension of 2019.12 badge
    • "he OPNFV TSC has suspended the OVP2019.12 release for the Infrastructure Badge. Work is now focused on shifting the program to support the requirements developed within the CNTT RC-1 workstream. At this time, no applications for the OVP2019.12 badge will be accepted for review."

2020.r1 Release

  • Dovetail portal updates 
    • Kanag feedback he has proposed enabling results submission to dovetail portal over api in dovetail jerma release https://jira.opnfv.org/browse/DOVETAIL-801
    • Need the Dovetail team to finalize the development plan to support ovp overall requirements.
  • ONAP Frankfurt 
    • The ONAP Frankfurt Maintenance Release 6.0.1 are  finalized on August 25.  and addressed some fixes and updates accross ONAP projects. 
    • VNF test related projects such as VVP VNFSDK are not involved, so test requirements can be based on Frankfurt or Frankfurt maintenance release.

  • CNTT RC-1
trials
  • The latest status for driving the 2020.r1 NFVI badgeTrials
    • According to the previous plan, at least one trial is aiming to complete by end of August (or first week of September).
    • Follow-up action: current status need to track which will affect 2020,r1 release in September.

Performance Testing Definitions

Cloud Native Subcommittee Updates

  • Trevor Lovett will send out some proposed time slots for discussion about the plan for the  badges structure (i.e. CNCF vs CNTT, etc.)  to ensure any badges / levels are easily communicated / understood by end consumers.
  • Cross-community requirements gathering is still ongoing. status?Follow-up action: Need to track the discussion status 

ONES (Sep 28 - 30) and LFN Technical Community Meetings Plan (October 13-15, 2020).
