  - Issue #368: discuss all 4 options – kernel based, DPDK, SR-IOV, SmartNIC
    - If SR-IOV is not compatible with Principles then it is questionnable?
    - Aging/deprecation of features such as SR-IOV should be through Reference Model (RM) changes
    - Mapping of the 4 options to flavours and in RA-1/OSTK versions
  - Raise issue RA-1 Chapter 1 mention Pike as the OSTK version
    - Other versions can utilize but the capabilities supported are as per Pike
