Dates & Schedule update
New dates so far seem to be favorable to the June 22-25th dates.
#AGREED June 22-25 are the new dates
Do we want to adjust the timeline for topic proposals?
There seems to be a general agreement that all topic proposals should be submitted no later than Jun 3, 2020.
This should give the committee enough time to finalize the schedule and publish it in advance of the event.
When schedule planning, ask the presenters so that they allow enough time for Q&A at the end of their allocated time slot.
How long and what timezone should we target?
Need to build in an official coffee break.
4 days of 4 hours of sessions with a break added.
2x 15 min breaks or 1x 30m event?
Social after the event?
Open Plenary session to kick things off?

Content Overview
Topic Proposals page is starting to get some submissions.
Please encourage your teams to start submitting their topics here.
There is a need to ensure that there is more cross-community collaboration and discussions.
One effort should be that we operate on a more uniform time to allow for consistent breaks to allow for bio/personal needs.
Should we dedicate a specific day(s) to cross-project collaboration?
We should wait for more topics to come in before we decide, but something we should keep in mind.
Scott shared some tips that were under development for topic proposals.
Casey created a page to capture these tips to share with the community
We should also look at Intern lightning talks.
