   1. CNTT RA-1 Ch02 has a section on "must" requirements and a section on "should or may" recommendations. Some of the "should" recommendations ("should" – strongly encouraged) have links to chapter sections for traceability but others don't. For consistency, either delete traceability from all recommendations or create traceability for all "should" recommendations (this may require some content adds)
