• Short Description: A presentation of ONAP DCAE and ONAP SDC enhancements to support 3GPP Harmonization stream

• Detailed Description: The presentation will focus on planned development in ONAP Honolulu (potentially Istanbul) related to 3GPP-defined xNF event collection. Enhancements targeted to include the 3GPP openAPI descriptions in ONAP run-time environment. Additionally, the ONAP SDC project enhancements targeted to improve generic Service Model Distribution capabilities, esp. visibility of target ONAP component messaging towards the SDC in Service Model Distribution use-cases.

Key take-aways:

• SDC Front-End extended already (and generically - for all components) to cover as well the Messages responded by the SDC-Distriubtion-Client

• SDC-Distribution-Client updated with newest 3rd parties, and Java 11 update

• ves-openapi-manager is able to compare the schemaReferences declared in the VES_Event_Registraton with the contents of the externalRepo ConfigMap

• There are scripts available, which can be used to update the externalRepo configMap in ONAP, and attach it to the VES collector

• The 2-stage validation mechanism is generic for all events delivered using openAPI descriptions.
