@Rachel Braun noted that the LF Events team will handle recordings for the Plenary sessions.

Moderator video

  • @Scot Steele working on this and it should be ready by May 14, 2021 He will reach out mid-next-week 

Host IDs will be available next week.

Scheduling

  • The program committee will start on schedule by the May 14, 2021 and have it complete by May 28, 2021 .

  • @Casey Cain raised a suggestion that we have the pre-recorded sessions submitted by a certain time to ensure that we can get the sessions uploaded to YouTube.

    • #agreed we will promote to our communities that pre-recorded sessions must be submitted by the 28th to ensure that we can allot proper time when scheduling the event and get the files uploaded to the appropriate location. 

    • #agreed pre-recorded sessions should not include live Q&A

    • @Beth Cohenwill write some suggested guidlines for pre-recorded sessions
