Review ONAP and ODL release schedules for 2H23 and align on ODL integration in the ONAP Montreal release.
After discussion, @Dan Timoney suggested that it would be best to stay with the ODL Argon release, which is available now.
Argon SR2 will be available by Montreal M3.
