Agenda
The project's Antitrust Policy is linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important when multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review it, and if you have any questions, please contact your company's legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

Duranta Candidate announcement - Material
Question raised about future development of Duranta code and whether the new project will be the main repository for development moving forward (I.e. no forking). Response from @Irfan Ghauri (EURECOM/OpenAirInterface) - The intent is to only develop in one repository after the move, not maintain a fork.
Question raised about the need for non-OSI license - @Ranny Haiby explained that due to heavily patented technology in the CU/DU domain, there is a need for a license that explicitly states that the open source license does not include a license to use patented technology and such license should be obtained separately by the end user. It was further explained that the current LFN charter does not allow non- OSI licenses, therefore a charter amendment and a board vote is required
