ORAN-SC LFN Induction Presentation as an Incubation project @sridhar
1st introduction of the plan. TAC will comment on presentation. An approval vote to take place in 2 weeks.
Existing infrastruction will remain as is.
Step 1 , bring ORAN-SC over in-tact. Step 2, then consider where merging ORAN-SC into other LF/LFN projects makes sense.
