2021 Release Planning
- OVP Anuket Assured Re-Launch Release Plan
- Question: We need to ask each project (ONAP, Anuket) for a go/no-go on their requirements / testing input to the badge launch. What is the timing of this ask? It needs to be added to a lunch plan / tracker (link above).
- Anuket - M4 Milestone - June 15
- Lincoln Lavoie to propose the M4 date to the Anuket TSC meeting at the next opportunity, asking for them to include the go/no-go into the M4 milestone, and if there is a liaison for the status of the supporting work (i.e. RC tests and RM/RA requirements).
- ONAP - CNF
- H - Release - CNF Requirement
- I - Release - CNF Tests Implementation
- Yan Yang to come back with the proposed go / no-go date for the ONAP CNF Test implementation
- ONAP - VNF
- No changes, existing tests and documentation will need to roll forward.
- Results Submission Process
- Lincoln Lavoie to start a written description of the registration and submission steps, for review by the CVC
- Jim Baker set a meeting with Trevor to get a repo setup for this process, as well as a sandbox for trials.
- Badge Branding
- LFN MAC should be reviewing this week on Friday, will try to get feedback for the next CVC meeting.
- Kanag sent an email out this morning for the results requirements (i.e. info that should be included in the results) (see below)
- Standardize result format: {for each test case}
- Test Case ID {Reference to Test case requirements – Part of RC2}, Test case requirements driven by ONAP communities, Push to RC2 repo
- Test case result - Is Test case Successful

- CNF URL
- Test tool details - It should support this test case result format while submitting it
- Badge ID - LFN could provide unique id for every kind of badge.
- Test Results Information Model - Wiki page to discuss / evolve the results information model. Please edit / comment here.
Meeting Logistics
- Consolidate meeting invitation
- Jim Baker to setup Groups.io moderators for the chairs, so we can help to maintain the calendar and lists.
- Jim Bakerto create a new series of meeting invitations for a single weekly meeting.
- Work streams vs badges, how are the tasks organized
- Potentially align these with the badges / categories.
- Each work stream should have a single point of contact / leader.
- CVC Elections
- Held in April in each year, for 1 year team. Nomination period is typically 2 weeks and can run in parallel with getting the voter pool established.
- Election is for 2 spots, chair and vice-chair, for the committee.
- ToDo
- Lincoln Lavoie to send an email out to call for nominations for the leadership.
- Jim Baker to establish the voting pool, with 1 vote per company.
