Remarks:
- Includes nomination periods for TSC chair (separately), TSC vice-chair and SPC representative (jointly)
- Election period of 1 week should be fine
- Nomination periods of 1 week probably too long → shorten to 2-3 days if needed, results in a "moving" election schedule dates, i.e. deadlines not always on Fridays.
