Minutes
Only a couple people from Anuket are known to be attending - will just run a continuous session on Friday that would be remote.
- Thursday will be plenary and general topics and Friday community tracks
- Discussion over sharing an "Impact Statement" with members following the D&TF related to the projects losing momentum as a result
- A/V at this event will be more limited than what we have in Porto contractually. Will have zoom bridges set up as usual, but may be more "broadcast" mode for Thursday sessions.
- Kenny Paul set up Teamup for the committee.
- Kenny Paul send out reminder to unrepresented communities
- Will hammer out the plenary & general session next week
- Will use the same break schedule as Porto
