Minutes
Only a couple people from Anuket are known to be attending - will just run a continuous session on Friday that would be remote.
Thursday will be plenary and general topics and Friday community tracks
Discussion over sharing an "Impact Statement" with members following the D&TF related to the projects losing momentum as a result
A/V at this event will be more limited than what we have in Porto contractually. Will have zoom bridges set up as usual, but may be more "broadcast" mode for Thursday sessions.
Will hammer out the plenary & general session next week
Will use the same break schedule as Porto
