New weekly TSC meeting bridge is on hold until recording bug is resolved.

  • New Joinees - Shankar, Shivank and Aditya introduces themselves
  • Santhosh Fernandes shared the update on chaining improvement logic 
    • To improve Native loading of eBPF program(s) into the kernel using go library (Cilium/eBPF)
    • Implement Chaining using tailf with Cilium library
  • Issue discussion: Ubuntu version check fails https://github.com/l3af-project/l3af-arch/issues/53
    • Shivank explained the issue and the root cause is related to coreutils package, there must be a suspected coreutils bug
    • Jason Niesz : Instead of using "uname -v" for version check replace with "lsb_release -sr"
    • Shivank mentioned about the documentation improvements to setup the dev environment on linux vm 
  • Jason updated on Traffic Mirroring progress - PR is under internal review 
  • LJ Illuzzi: submitted the L3AF topic abstract for February D&TF

Action Items

LJ Illuzzi updating LFN "State of Open Source" slides for 2023. Karan said he would share his thoughts and pointers
