    • Proposed Workstream Restructure Rabi Abdel
      • Workstream restructure proposed to promote and drive focus, scale, ownership, & accountability
      • Individual workstreams will be consolidated under Gov & Technical Steering (see material)
      • Officer positions introduced within Gov & Technical Steering
      • Cross-community coordination will be managed through new Gov Steering officer; names TBD
      • Gov & Technical Steering meetings will continue as conducted currently
      • All meetings are open to the CNTT Community
      • Majority of work should be performed virtually through GitHub; not in meetings - driven, assigned, and tracked through Gov | Tech master meetings
      • Challenges with time zone differences and number of meetings (Technical) - will be discussed in the Technical Steering Master meeting
      • Zoom sessions should be utilized by leaders | officers to schedule required meetings
      • Action Item - Wiki must be updated with new sessions, zoom sessions, etc. speedwyre
      • No objections on adopting restructure - will proceed with implementation
    • Technical F2F Planning Rick Tennant
      • Community Sourced Agendas
      • Focus will be on technical track in LA; Gov & Tech Steering will coordinate agenda development with their workstreams
      • Additional space may become available; will be managed as we getting closer to the LA event
      • No objections on adopting this approach - will proceed with implementation
    • CNTT OPNFV Alignment
      • OPNFV TSC 2.0 sub-committee formed Qiao Fu
      • Will redefine mission (vision), goals, definitions, roles, responsibilities, etc. for OPNFV to transition into new role
      • Discussions have started and will continue next week
      • Action Item: Scott Steinbrueck will share slides that Rabi created on the Baldy Roadmap with OPNFV
