Short Biography:

Cédric Ollivier is a network automation expert in Orange and is involved in new network architectures around network programmability, global orchestration and network disaggregation.

He contributes to multiple opensource projects in relation with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV): OpenStack, OpenDaylight, OPNFV, ONAP, etc.

He was elected as OPNFV Technical Steering Committee (TSC) member in 2018 and awarded 3 times as best OPNFV community developer (6 awards in total).

He currently leads OPNFV Functest and is committer in OpenDaylight TransportPCE and OPNFV Releng.

Name: Lingli Deng

Representative Group: ONAP

Short Biography:

Lingli Deng is a Technical Manager at China Mobile Research Institute. She obtained her Doctor’s degree in Computer Application Technology from the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences and joined China Mobile in 2009. 

She is a core member of the Novonet project which drives SDN/NFV strategy for China Mobile, and has been working with LFN projects (OPNFV and ONAP) since 2014,, serving as contributor, committer, PTL, TSC, TAC and EUAG representative.

She currently serving as ONAP TSC Vice Chair, and leading the cross-organization collaboration threads in TAC, coordinating China events for LFN marketing committee. Before the foundation of LFN, I used to work on the OPNFV GB in 2016-2017 as well.

She get the award from OPNFV community for collaboration in 2015 and from ONAP community for marketing in 2017.

Statement of Intent: 

As one of the founding representative and also leader of CMCC LFN technical team, I have been part of the community since Day0, and serving as various contributing roles. 
If elected, I would be happy to leveraging my past experience and field knowledge serving as the communicating vehicle between our high-level leadership and our technical contributors for improved openness and collaboration.
