Release 2022.r1

- Waiting on Anuket release to conclude, so we can point latest released test plans in RC1 / RC2.
- We still need to determine what the current state of ONAP testing is for VNF / CNF, since support for VVP / VNF-SDK testing was dropped.
Still working on the developer guidelines.

Olivier Smith to speak with Ranny Haiby about the current ONAP testing projects that could be referenced for the 2022.r1 Anuket Assured badge.

Proposed schedule:
- Nomination Period: April 11 to April 22, 2022
  - Sandra Jackson (Deactivated) will send out an email this week, with a link to the nomination page.
- Voting Period: April 25 to May 1, 2022.
  - Announcement of elected leaders on May 2, 2022 meeting.
