A lengthy discussion of altering the format - ONE Summit Exec style
Mainly based on requests from China
The primary difference between the ONE Summit exec is purely preso based without any cross-collaboration or actual work being performed.
Discussed moving the entire event to start late pacific / mid-day Asia / early AM Europe. - the model has been attempted by several communities without success. The exception has been the ODL TSC.
Both ideas were ultimately discarded.
Hours of the event
05:00 - 09:30 PT w/ the option to extend by 1h for 1-2 days depending on the number of topic submissions.
