2023 Planning

  • Draft WiP 2023 plan in motion (see meeting slides)

  • Waiting on Board to finalize 2023 Project Priorities

  • Strategy consistent with 2022 with some tweaks based on what worked/didn't in 2022

  • Need to develop realistic KPIs - too ambitious last year

  • 2023 Events plan is TBD - Board will discuss later this month
