ONE Summit Overview

  • See slides for overview of event + related marketing activity

  • LFN booth onsite: Circular "Collaboration Hub" area with seating, 3 kiosks (AI, Cloud Native Telco Initiative, Nephio)

  • Action Items:

    • Re-share/re-post ONE Summit promos from LFN LinkedIn & adjacent community social channels (e.g., LF Edge, SONiC)

    • Register to attend 

    • LF staff to share social media promo package (social copy + graphics) - stay tuned!

    • Promote your friends' and colleagues' speaking sessions (all speakers received a link to create a speaker card)

Discussion: Improving engagement

  • Will alternate meeting times moving forward to accommodate APAC regions

  • Need to determine our target audiences for news/outreach and tailor outreach plans to those audiences

  • Include standing marketing updates in TAC, TSC meetings to share info and encourage participation, amplification & get developer perspectives

  • Create additional spaces on MAC wiki for sharing ideas and collaborating - can accommodate folks on thier time vs keeping everything in meetings
