1. Review of April discussion on Improving engagement

  • Will alternate meeting times moving forward to accommodate APAC regions - in progress

  • Need to determine our target audiences for news/outreach and tailor outreach plans to those audiences -  conducting community audit of where our members/targets are reading online

  • Include standing marketing updates in TAC, TSC meetings to share info and encourage participation, amplification & get developer perspectives - in progress

  • Create additional spaces on MAC wiki for sharing ideas and collaborating - can accommodate folks on their time vs keeping everything in meetings - TBD; what are specific asks/who can volunteer to help?
