Minutes:

  1. Discussion on API and Interfaces. The material in the Reference Model chapter are really interfaces rather than APIs as the listed interfaces cannot be invoked.

  2. Issue: Forward Looking RM requirements --  how to handle these in the RA since they may not be implementable today? GAPS Chapter? Mike Fix to raise issue against the GAPS chapter.
