Collaboration discussion and summary: CNTI now is the most important project within LFN that focuses on cloud native. Its major scopes are Best Practices (challenges of cloud native network/cloud native use cases/cloud native pain point to achieve use cases), Test Catalog and Certification. Within the Best Practice, CNTI starts with Anuket and CNF Test Suite to discuss the dig the gaps of actually achieve CNF using cloud native technologies. Sylva, Naphio, NGMN, XGVela needs further discussion. For XGVela, as Cloud Native OAM PaaS capabilities are the inner capabilities within a CNF, they should be wrapped together with other network fucntions of CNF as a united group of helm charts, and shares the same lifecycle management procedure as normal CNF helm charts. So, to collaborate with Naphio, XGVela PaaS functions are inner functions of CNF and generally managed (deployed, configured and monitored). To collaborate with 5G BP, XGVela PaaS capabilities can play as independent OAM functions which support http request on CNF’s observability status and data. To collaborate with Sylva, PoV: Bringing Telco PaaS functionality to Project Sylva with XGVela integration [Draft]
