Messaging:

  • Messaging planning deck from @speedwyre

  • Planning interviews with target audience

  • Workstream for creating messaging

  • Need to target awareness of OVP Compliance Tests – @speedwyre will ask Rick about it and send Nick update

  • From the governance call:

    • Marketing discussion; need to get idea of what CNTT messaging needs to be to business decision makers who are ultimately deciding on adoption.

      • e.g. Starts with Technical arm, moves way up to VP

      • VP typically will sponsor business case

      • VP typically will want to want to know benefits, set of data point to say why beneficial to company

      • ...typically will also go to Financial approval arm of company

      • Marketing would like to interview business leads to get a sense of what they are thinking.

      • @Mark Cottrell recommendations

        • AI - ask members to host the call with the business decision maker with Marketing workstream. This is major ask.

        • AI - could also ask members to collect feedback if unable to get an interview.

  • @speedwyre to take a run at a list of questions for BDMs, with help from @Bob Monkman (Deactivated)

Promotion:

  • Interview with Beth (revisit after Kubecon)

  • Speaker Bureau needs to be populated

Content:

  • Should we create basic "what is a VNF/CNF" content?

  • @Nick Chase added some ideas Brainstorming page

  • @speedwyre will try to add some.

  • @Beth Cohen will be happy to speak at a webinar.  Joint with SDx Central?  Joint with Mirantis?  Also talk to @Mark Cottrell and @Rabi Abdel about it.  Also ask in Governance.
