• Event discussion

  • We need to coordinate folks who are setting up any talks on KubeCon and ONES. as well as Open Infrastructure Summit Vancouver (wk after Seoul workshop, June).

  • We have some sessions submitted and work in progress on ONES Keynote and Panel. 

  • Bob still working on seeing if Susan James can participate

• White Paper

  • Target publication date would ideally be June to coincide with FTF , possibly could be ONES if we get started early enough. 

  • Plan would be to start with text from current documentation on background and purpose of CNTT 

  • We want it to be technically meaningful but with marketing wordsmithing 

  • Length? Beth suggests 5-8 pages with diagrams

  • Focus on RM, RA1 and RA 2 and info on RI with early intent of RC as it is still quite early

  • Need to identify writer resource (Nick? )

  • Desire to add a SP Perspective, Vendor Perspective on the benefits...

• Meeting time discussion

  • Jisu Park did note that the meeting times proposed will be quite late for him. 

  • Beth discussed that we could have alternating calls that are late US and early next day Asia Region, which Bob is OK with as well.
