Created Schedule Templates for:

Teams will populate their schedules now to account for the limited amount of time.  Next week we can create a master schedule to make sure that there are no topics that overlap that shouldn't.

Virtual Event Tooling

  • Looking to see if this tool is helpful for us

  • Allows for quickly moving between rooms and communicate to all rooms for event organizers. 

  • General agreement that the tool looks interesting.

    • Needs testing to confirm that settings for security, reg, etc meet our needs.

Registration

• LF team is working on registration for the event.

• We do intend to have a registration page.  It will not be forced, but we are looking to include incentives for registration.
