For the new profile: the name "Edge profile" , covers many uses cases over the edge starting with vRAN – We need to have FPGA as part of the vRAN use case.
For RA01 & RA02 , it will not new Arch, it will be tweaking of the normal arch to be fit at the edge and can be covered in subchapter/chapter in RA01&RA02
Storage at the Edge has come up in several places, time to look at it more deeply. CDN use case obviously needs storage at the Edge.
Discussion of the importance of proprietary HW for edge use case.
