TOSCA VNF Validation Testing Workflow

@victor gaoto present TOSCA work during next CVC meeting, July 29, 2019.

HEAT VNF Validation Testing Updates

Test cases are working, some automation work has been completed.
Working to integrate package validation (i.e. previously released testing).
Need to get a meeting with the Dovetail team to align output / log file formats. Aiming for a little change on the portal side as possible.
